Upon purchasing, you have read and agreed to our terms and conditions of sale below, which govern our mutual responsibilities toward each other:
DEFINITION
IR-termometer.se is an entity within Injektor Solutions, acting in the capacity of a legal entity.
PERIOD OF VALIDITY
All prices and terms in this document apply until further notice, unless otherwise stated. Reservations are made for obvious typographical errors in brochures and in the webshop.
ORDERING, PRICE, INVOICE AND PAYMENT
Stated prices are in Swedish kronor, net, excluding shipping and VAT.
An order confirmation is sent to your specified email address within 1 minute of placing your order in the webshop. If not received, you must contact us.
E-invoices are sent automatically to public sector organizations and all other companies that request this. Please state E-invoice on your order!
Invoices fall due for payment normally 10 days from the invoice date. Public sector organizations and credit-approved business customers have 30 days net payment terms. We can also approve other payment terms by agreement.
After the due date, late payment interest of currently 2% per month is charged. A statutory reminder fee of 50 SEK will be added.
No overdue invoice is forwarded to the Swedish Enforcement Authority (Kronofogden) without a prior reminder invoice.
INCORRECT / INCOMPLETE ORDER DETAILS
Please make sure to provide accurate information when ordering. As the purchaser, you are responsible for ensuring that the order confirmation—which the invoice will reflect—contains all the necessary information required by your company’s accounts payable department for timely and correct payment to us. If the invoice is returned to us because the purchaser provided incorrect or incomplete payment information, an administration fee of 150 SEK will be charged. The date on the new invoice will be issued with the original invoice date.
CARD PAYMENTS
IR-termometer.se collaborates with Dibs ( www.dibs.se ) to accept card payments with rigorous security routines; for example, so-called Secure Code is used so that your card cannot be charged without your approval. For further questions on how these security routines operate, please refer to Dibs.
DELIVERIES & UNCOLLECTED / REFUSED SHIPMENTS
We use the carrier we deem best suited to deliver your order at the applicable rate specified in the webshop. Delivery information including tracking number is notified to you automatically when your order leaves our warehouse. It is your obligation as the purchaser to review this information and contact the carrier if for any reason you cannot receive the delivery. An uncollected or refused order is not considered a cancellation of your order! We will thus invoice for your order, including reminder fees in the case of unpaid invoices. In the event of any extra delivery attempt, we will be obliged to charge you an additional shipping fee equivalent to the standard shipping fee.
For personal collection (pickup), a fee of 129 SEK excl. VAT applies.
RETURNS, WARRANTIES AND CANCELLATION OF PLACED ORDERS
Normally, all our customers have a 7-day right of return (cooling-off period) for purchases of standard products where the item has a sales price below 5,000 SEK excl. VAT. In the event of a return, the product(s) must be in mint condition and all packaging must be included with the return.
NOTE – Unfortunately, we cannot offer a right of return on IR thermometers ordered with a calibration certificate.
Freight charges to and from the customer are paid by the customer for any returns under the return policy terms. If the customer for any reason cancels an already placed order for products or services specially ordered for the customer, Injektor reserves the right to charge the customer compensation for the directly incurred costs resulting therefrom.
IR-termometer provides a 1-year factory warranty (probes/sensors excluded and unless otherwise stated) covering manufacturing defects.
To claim that a product is defective upon delivery or when a defect in the product is discovered, the customer must report the defect to Injektor within a reasonable time, however no later than 10 days after the defect arose or was discovered. The customer is responsible for the return shipment to us at Injektor, and Injektor will pay for the return shipment of the serviced product to the customer. NOTE: Goods returned by the customer to a parcel pickup point/access point will NOT be collected!
For all returns, regardless of reason, please use our general RMA instructions at the following link: RETURNS >>>>
UNCOLLECTED CONSIGNMENT
Uncollected consignments will be charged return shipping costs as well as new shipping costs. In the case of free shipping deliveries, return shipping/new shipping costs are determined based on the consignment’s weight/volume.
IR thermometers ordered with a calibration certificate that are not collected, with reference to ”No right of return” above, will be invoiced to the customer in full.
LIABILITY FOR DEFECTS – CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES FROM CUSTOMER
IR-termometer.se bears no product liability or other direct or indirect liability for delivered products, beyond what is stated in these general terms and conditions, and disclaims all liability regarding, among other things, any incompatibility and indirect damages that may occur, such as downtime, additional work, and other extra costs and the like, in connection with delays in deliveries or when using products and services sold by Injektor.
